The number in the tabble for documents/photos/videos means under each albums, you can have this number of documents/photos/videos. e.g: for premium plan, you can have 1000 albums, inside each album, you can have 1000 documents. The same for the GPosts ( group posts), you can have 1000 groups, and inside each groups, you can have 1000 gposts.

Storage limit: includes all of your files, such as attachment/download/uploads in blog,albums,documents,photos,videos,gposts etc. If over limit, you can NOT create any new content/item
